How do I purchase and pay for an item?
If you would like to purchase any of the items show it can be done directly through my bobshop online store. If you click on the bobshop logo you will automatically be redirected to my page where you can do a safe and secure transaction with all relative info available on the site.
Prices displayed are for the item only and excludes postage costs. This will be calculated automatically if purchased via bobshop. Insurance on the item is optional extra cost. All items are packaged very well with quality packaging to prevent any damage while in transit. However GTIcollectables wont be held responsible for any damage caused by couriers/transport company as this is out of our control.
Condition of the item?
As most items being sold are from my personal collection and other collections Ive bought up, not all items are categorised as new. Please note the following important conditions regarding item condition:
1. General Wear & Tear: All products sold are subject to normal wear and tear. General wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, fading, minor scuffing, or other cosmetic damage that occurs as a result of normal handling and use, age, shipping and other factors and is not considered a manufacturing defect and will not be grounds for a return, exchange, or refund.
2. Inspection Upon Receipt: I inspect all products immediately upon receipt. Besides the aforementioned General Wear & Tear I will note it in the listed items description to be transparent regarding the condition, also accompanied by detailed images thus indemnify GTIcollectables if any damages are discovered once purchased.
3. Collector's Items: Many of our products are collector’s items and, as such, should be handled with care. GTIcollectables cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper handling, display, or storage of these items after purchase. Returns will not be accepted for items damaged as a result of such activities.
4. Exclusion of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, GTIcollectables shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the normal wear and tear of any product sold, or from any improper use, handling, or storage of items purchased from our store.
